The Pleasant Hill Aquatics swimming pool is a member owned private swim facility. When you acquire a membership, you become part owner of the facility and property. PHA is a place where families and friends gather from April to October to cool off, exercise, barbecue and socialize.
PHA is home to the Penguins and Emperor Penguins swim teams. PHA is proud of their summer recreational swim team program where young swimmers improve their skills, learn sportsmanship as they compete against other swimmers, and have fun-filled, enjoyable summers.

Special Instructions
Winning bidder will be required to sign the agreement to take over annual payments (currently $696.00) starting 2012. When you decide to sell your membership, you will recover the initial membership fee of $650.00 In the event that more than one family desires to sell their membership, the Board shall maintain an Available Membership List, ordered by the date of notification to sell. If the selling member locates their own buyer, the membership shall be sold to said buyer. As a member of the pool, each family is responsible for 4 hours of work obligation each year.
