What do Pinocchio, Petrushka, Pierrot and Polichinello have in common?  They are all adaptations of the sad-faced clown known in so many cultures.  You can see these adaptations in an art show created by Levine's Early Childhood Department and hear them in a virtuosic piano literature:  Schumann's Carnaval, Villa-Lobos' Prole do Bebe and Stravinsky's Petrouchka, performed by brilliant pianist Alex Peh.  This concert will be especially inspiring for intermediate to advanced students and their parents.
