Description
Michael Raymond, Chesterbrook E.S. dad and talented chef from the Southwest, will prepare a complete fajita dinner for eight (8) in classic Southwestern style. Mesquite grilled beef and chicken fajitas served with sauteed peppers and onions, pico de gallo, guacomole, cheese, sour cream, accompanied by Spanish rice and frijoles borrachos. Yum!
Dinner will include antojitos, dessert, and a sampling of beers from Mexico and Shiner Texas.
Served at your home or ours (at winning bidder's option) on a mutually agreeable weekend between now and September 30, 2011.
