Description

Fuller Craft Museum, New England's home for contemporary craft, touches the lives of thousands of children and adults each year.

Imagine the ideal: A place where the creative senses are continually stimulated, where cultural perspectives are broadened, and where the imagination takes flight, open to new ideas and ways of thinking about our world and our unique place in it. The Fuller Craft Museum, New England's only home for contemporary craft, is such a place.

ALSO included is the illustrated book "Edge of the Sublime", featuring the work of The American enamelist, Jamie Bennett.

Jamie Bennett, established his international reputation in 1986 when he first produced enameled jewelry using unique, electroformed shapes. Bennett employs rich colors and delicate brushwork inspired by studies of microscopic organisms, the natural world, and cultural influences gleaned during his travels to Italy, Morocco, and Turkey. Tracing a career that began with these energetic abstract forms and lead eventually to the beauty of pattern and decoration, this publication conveys the evolution of Bennett's diverse work.
