Chimayo, located in the Our House Mall building in Eastsound, serves a special brand of New Mexican cuisine at lunch, including a fabulous salad called "Redemption Salad".  At dinner, the menu features pasta and other Italian specialties, favorites of the new owner, Bill Patterson.

The winning bidder is entitled to dinner for two, not including alcohol or gratuity, not to exceed $80.
