Newly reopened, the Mansion Restaurant, located in the Moran Mansion at Rosario Resort, offers casual dining in a beautiful waterfront location.

New Executive Chef Dan Koommoo comes to Rosario with a diverse hospitality background. He was most recently the Executive Chef at Novelty Hill and Januik Wineries in Woodinville, Washington, where he specialized in wine pairing dinners, cooking classes, and wedding/special event cuisine. He was previously the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef at the Bellevue Marriott, the manager and chef of the Attic Cafe at Salish Lodge and Spa, and the Bar Manager at Earth & Ocean restaurant in the W Hotel Seattle.

The menu is moderately priced and eclectic, with a seafood tilt.  Locals who have tried out this newly-reopened restaurant have offered much praise.

The Restaurant is currently open Fridays through Mondays from 5 pm to 10 pm.
