This beautifully framed art is a limited edition numbered print of an original gouache painting on paper.  The piece is 13" w x 10" h.  Part of the "Urban Landscapes" series, this work illustrates the unique characteristics that imbue every neighborhood in New York, and in this case, specifically Brooklyn.  The works are painted after moving from rural Virginia to New York City and suggests comparison with Georgia O'Keefe, another painter that worked between the rural areas and the dense metropolis of New York.
