CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Come get an introduction to Cross-Fit with a seasoned participant and MSII Jeremy Holzmacher. Participant must have access to GWU Lerner Health and Wellness Center Facilities. Recipient will be entititled to 5 1-hour sessions on a mutually agreedable days.
