This wonderful package includes 1 week of in-home personal training with a fitness consultant Tommy Lampley. This includes a health assessment with computerized biometric screenings, two personal training sessions, nutritional consulting, and an online health and fitness tracking system. The location of the training session must be within 10 miles of DC city limits.
