A gift certificate for a Relaxation101: Restorative Stretch Class for Partners session Our daily lives can cause aches and pains such as tight shoulders, aching backs, and headaches. In these stressful states, how do we relax? Relaxation 101 is designed as a take home program of stretches to loosen your joints and release tension. The goal of this session is to clear your mind, spend time with your partner or friend, and get your body moving. The instructor provides individualized attention for a fully integrated and relaxing experience. At the end of the class, you will leave with a handout outlining the movement sequence to then repeat in the convenience of your own home.
