Armonk Martial Arts teaches the traditional form of Karate, called Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate-Do, to both children and adults, ages 4 and up. Sensei Claudio Baldo, a Go-Dan, which is a fifth-degree blackbelt, combines mental and physical training principals of martial arts to promote physical fitness and develop strong mind/body connections in a fun, non-competitive, safe atmosphere.
