Armonk's own Moderne Barn, is the newest addition to the Livanos Restaurant Group. With its traditional American roots, global influences and touch of comfort, Moderne Barn offers unique menu options created by Chef Ethan Kostbar.
Kostbar’s menu showcases his creative journey as a chef, with a strong background in Mediterranean cuisine and a love of global flavors. As often as possible, the chef sources local ingredients, including meat and fish. 
Moderne Barn menus offer casual, yet sophisticated dishes and the recipes are a taste for all palates. 
Fueled with an appreciation for hand-picked ingredients and diverse cultures, Chef Ethan's philosophy is: simple, seasonal food is delicious food.
