10lbs of smoked salmon. I'm not sure if it will be Coho, Sockeye, Chum or King yet. Delivery will need to be for Seattle bidders only, possibly Portland if we can arrange a delivery or pickup. I won't have the fish for a while so count on getting it this spring.

Disclaimer: you could get sick from eating this fish though I never have. I smoke it in my back yard, not a professional kitchen. But I'll smoke it a little longer than normal for you just to be safe since I tend to like it rare. That being said, you bid on this at your own risk and cannot hold me liable should your system find this fish disagreeable.

The fish will be sealed like it is in the stores. If you freeze it it will last for months. When you put it in the refrigerator give it two weeks. If you open the seal, eat it within 3 to 5 days. Email me at steve@backcountryaccess.com when the auction is over.
