That's Italian for "Good Health" - which inspires a four-course dinner offered by frequent travelers to Italia, Rusty and Caroline Johnson.  A dinner for four will be prepared with recipes inspired by Weight Watchers (low-fat, high flavor!), and served in the Johnson's midtown home.  Wines from Veneto, Tuscany, Abruzzo, and Caffe Verona will be included.
