Beautiful, practical and collectible. These words sum up this Scandinavian lead-crystal dinner setting for eight, donated by a friend of the station. Each setting consists of a 10" dinner plate, a 7 3/4" salad plate and a 6" bowl.
The handmade pieces are by Mats Jonasson, a celebrated, Swedish glassworks headed up by Mats himself. His work is noted for fine shaping, accuracy of style, as well as unique detail. These pieces are from the Mats Jonasson Windflower Collection.
Special Instructions
"The Windflower series is made of finest full lead crystal with sand blasted shading. The pieces must therefore not be exposed to hot food but should be used for cold dishes only, such as salads, fruits or desserts etc.
Also remember full lead crystal is a soft sort of glass that scratches easily. Therefore be careful with sharp knives, etc."
