Studio Hop in Providence has donated an earthenware platter designed by Loren Chen; it’s Item #637 valued at $110.

Loren Chen is inspired by the beautiful garden flowers perching over the white picket fences on Cape Cod. The artist has his MFA from Rhode Island School of Design and currently lives in Providence. This platter is from Chen’s Hibiscus group and is hand-thrown, glazed and pigmented to inspire a happy, joyful spirit.  And, it’s microwave and dishwasher safe.
