This tasting is for up to six and includes appetizers, dinner and dessert.  Chef Robin will be providing a meal designed for royalty and will include items from land, sea and garden.  The value on the meal is for $300.00. 


 


The menu varies with the season.  These tasty dishes were offered recently!


 


-          Bruschetta with local Mélange of tomatoes


-          Tender veal pillows with fresh mozzarella cheese, sage, prosciutto and Roma tomato


-          Wood grilled peaches, seared swordfish steak, fresh corn salsa


-          Grain fed Beef tenderloin in puff pastry with Duxelle and Red Wine demi-glaze


-          Local lobster, St. George’s Bank scallops ceviche, marinated in lime and Petron


-          Hoisin Salmon-filet of Atlantic Salmon wood grilled moistly glistened with pineapple chutney


-          Dried Cranberry Stilton Cheese and crackers


-          Freshly made brownies, chocolate dipped strawberries


-          Oysters Leos – local oysters Rockefeller style  with black olives spinach and roasted garlic


-          Tuna Tartare


-          Asian Beef Tenderloin salad on bed of baby Bok Choy with leeks, red pepper and grilled peaches


-          Local tomato, avocado salad on field greens


-          Roasted vegetable Terrine


-          Swiss Chard, Roasted Pepper,Savoycabbage slaw with grilled peaches


-          Baked lobster stuffed shrimp


-          Hot buttered lobster claw BLT (in small finger rolls)


-          Roasted corn and black bean salad


-          Prosciutto wrapped prawns


-          Baked Chevre with red onion marmalade


-          Skillet roasted Filet Mignon on bed of sweet onion


-          Cumin chicken skewers and green apple chutney


-          Zucchini chips


-          Sesame crusted Tuna bites with ginger dipping sauce
