Does your house need a new entry door? Here’s your chance to have one professionally installed by Leisure Rooms New England.
You’re bidding on a door installation project of up to a day’s labor, valued at $800. This would cover like-for-like changeovers, for example, replacing a standard 36-inch door with another 36-incher, or a double door with another double door. You’re welcome to supply the door unit yourself or you may buy one - at cost - through Leisure Rooms New England. And if you’d like to upgrade to a larger or more-deluxe entry door, your high bid will cover up to the first day’s labor.
Special Instructions
Labor projection of up to a day based on door replacement under standard construction conditions. Dry-rot, water or insect damage, or other structural issues may add to the time and materials needed to complete a professional, quality installation and would be in addition to the auction donation.
