Think you have too many tools?  Looking for someone to encourage you to buy more?  Spend an evening in the workshop of Newton Woodworker without reknown, Colin Hayward.  Colin's projects include: "that bedside table you made is still missing a drawer,: and "where are the bookshelves you promised me?"  When not woodworking Colin enjoys brewing beer.  The evening will be packed full of fun activities like drinking beer and using sharp tools.  Entertainment will be non-existent unless you consider the possibility that someone might actually slice off a finger.  You'll also be able to try out any of Colin's tools (no liability waiver required).  If you're really game you would ask him to teach you a new skill (eg, flattening a board by hand-it'll give you an appreciation for why they use machines to do it today.)  Feel free to get a couple of friends and bid as a group or just bring along some friends but keep in mind they will be sitting on your lap if we run out of room.  Keep your expectations low and bid high - remember it's for a good cause.
