Dr Chuang received her Master's degree from Harvard and doctorate from Stanford in Counseling Psychology and Human Development. She is a licenced psychologist and life coach who specializes in transitions, family relationships, and cross-cultural work. She is also a long-time practitioner of meditation and mindfulness with Buddhist master teacher Thich Nhat Hanh.
