A beautiful treasure box - handcrafted and designed by M-R Dad, Brian Matthews.
Box measures 11" wide, 5.5" deep, 7.5" high. Made out of Red Heart and Koa wood. Redheart is a exotic wood - dense fine textured hardwood from Central America with a beautiful red heartwood color. Hawaiian Koa (Acacia koa) is a beautiful, and richly colored and patterned hardwood. It is prominently represented in early Hawaiian culture and is the most valuable of any timber species native to Hawaii.
