Former Michigan hockey star and eleven year NHL player with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Atlanta Thrashers has committed his post-hockey career to physical fitness and athlete training. He is the owner of CrossFit Brighton in Brighton, Michigan and was kind enough to grant us three, thirty minute personal training sessions with him at his gym to auction off for the benefit of undergraduate scholarships.
