It is a 10 minute walk to the center of town, known for many great restaurants, bars, and amusements.

The house is a great gathering place for friends and families and has been used for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions. It has six bedrooms (sleeps 12) and 2 1/2 baths. The kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a large dining area. For the warm weather there is central air & ceiling fans and central heat and a toasty fireplace for the cold. There are 2 TVs, each with a DVD player (one with a home theater system), and wifi. Among the other amenities are a gas grill, an outdoor shower, a laundry room, and parking for at least 4 cars.
