Amanda and Phil Brumme are bringing their famous culinary skills to create a special evening of New Orlean cuisine. Amanda Brumme has apprenticed with Chef Paul Prudhommes, famous New Orleans Chef, and Phil has worked in 4 star restaurants in America and Europe. Together they will creat an evening you will never forget. The top bid will be able to consult on a menu of:
Gumbo or crab soup, salad, Oysters...fresh from Hog Island,
Main course could be Crawfish Cardinal or Etouffe or Garlic Shrimp with rice for the main course. Jambalaya is always a favorite choice. Seafood maybe substituted for chicken or steak..but you decide what your guests would prefer.
Dessert of Fresh fruit with Chantilly Cream ...or maybe...sweet potato pecan pie?
The evening will be served under the moss covered Oak trees on the farm of Glenn Motola and Mark Walden who will be offering an open martini bar of Hurricanes, Cosmopolitans and Lemon-drop Martinis
Special Instructions
Must be used by March 2012. The optimal time would be in the summer so you can be under the spectaular oak trees on the farm, but if summer finds you to busy you can always enjoy indoors as well.
