Strasburg quickly answered any lingering questions about his readiness, striking out 14 opponents in seven innings (including the last seven he faced!) before an amped-up sellout crowd and a national television audience. He followed that up with continued strong performances, going 5-3 for the Nats with 92 strikeouts in just 68 innings.
