You are bidding on a full-color, 30x40-inch giclee print of "The Catch," Willie Mays's legendary snag in the 1954 World Series. Artist Katia Von Kral took the original digital print and embellished it for an amazing color work of art.
The Catch, a running, back-to-the-plate snag, saved the potential winning run in Game 1 of that Series, and the Giants went on to win the game in extra innings and then sweep the series. It's considered to be one of the iconic defensive plays in the history of baseball.

Although some items may be won prior to the auction close date, all orders will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive after the auction close date of March 20.
