You are bidding on a baseball signed by Hall of Fame umpire Doug Harvey, one of the true legends of the craft. The ball is imprinted with the words "Official Major League Baseball" and Harvey signed the ball on the sweet spot with his name and "HOF 2010." The ball rests on a black Rawlings display stand.


Doug Harvey is the only living umpire in the Baseball Hall of Fame (a member of the Class of 2010), so this item truly is "one of a kind." He called balls and strikes in the National League for 30 years, and was one of the most respected arbiters in his time or any time.


In addition to his duties on the field, Harvey also appeared on the popular "You Make the Call" segment of baseball games. This time, You Make the Bid—and win this ball signed by the legendary umpire.

Although some items may be won prior to the auction close date, all orders will take approximately 7-10 business days to arrive after the auction close date of March 20.
