After 20 years of motivating students to go go go... Emmy Rigali went and opened a studio of her own.

GO Cycle is a creation inspired by Emmy's enthusiasm for life. The pump of the music lets you get lost in the ride leaving you feeling satisfied and exhilarated.

Go Cycle is open to all levels of fitness and experience.

Our Equipment:

GO Cycle participants will ride the state of the art Keiser M3 cycle. It's smooth ride and ability to monitor progress in real-time allow for an extraordinary and effective workout. The M3 can easily be adjusted to accommodate any participant.
