Come on over, put your apron on, grab a knife and cutting board.  Let’s start to cook. 

We will start by prepping for the recipes we’re going to make, learning some basic knife skills like dicing an onion, chopping a carrot, and dealing with garlic. Then we’ll make some chicken stock, pan roast a protein, make a pasta dish then sit down and eat our creations.  All of these recipes will be healthy and easy to prepare during the busy school week.  As well, child tested and approved. You will leave with a basic knowledge of knife skills, a few cooking methods, recipes for the weekday and a few pearls of kitchen wisdom.
