Experience cheesemaking from cow to glass with cheesemakers Melanie and Mark Cochran of Keswick Creamery at Carrock Farm. You and a friend are invited to arrive at the farm early in the day,and join in the morning feeding and milking. Then it’s on to turn that milk into cheese! This adventure also includes a light breakfast and hearty lunch, and tour of the farm.
