This is a brand new 20" wheel Jamis Laser 20 kids bike in royal blue (please note: the picture is incorrect) ~ perfect for the youngster just getting out of training wheels or moving up from a balance bike.  Age range is typically about 4-6.  There is a hand brake and a coaster brake.
