Spring Boutique is a wine and specialty food shop co-owned by Daniel Rose and Josh Adler, partners at the acclaimed Spring restaurant in the First Arrondisement. The winner of this item -- and nine very lucky friends -- will enjoy tastings of six wonderful wines carefully chosen by Spring's sommelier, accompanied by light snacks from the epicerie.

This delicious hour-and-a-half demonstration (similar to the boutique's regular Thursday night wine classes) will teach the basics of both wine tasting and pairing, and will introduce wines from the owners' favorite small artisanal producers.
