I have been passionate about Barbecue for over ten years. I am a member of a competition Barbecue team that has competed and won events sponsored by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, (KCBS) which is the governing body of official competitions west of the Mississippi. We have competed against and beat restaurants and Barbecue teams that have been shown on the Food Network amongst other networks.
