 Acclaimed butcher Taylor Boetticher of the Fatted Calf and Urban parent Kathy Bole will combine their talents in a meat-centric evening for eight.  Enjoy delicious Fatted Calf charcuterie and cocktails while Taylor gives a quick demonstration of breaking down various cuts of meat for home cooking, and talks about raising, sourcing and selecting quality meats.  A three-course dinner will follow, prepared by Taylor and Kathy and highlighting the superb products of our local farmers.
