Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given, except in those states that require redemption for cash. Inactivity fee of $1.75 per month beginning in November 2011 may apply, although there is a specific exception for cards sold in CA, and several others states.  As this card was purchased in California this inactivity fee should not apply, but you may contact www.shellgiftcard.com to verify.
