Winner must contact CFP Studio to set appointment date & time.
Must be used by 12/1/11.
A "no show" to any scheduled appointment invalidates giftcard.
Less than 72 hour cancellation prior to appointment constitutes a "no show".
Must select your gift portrait within 10 days of session or gift card becomes void.
