• Artist can work from sittings with the subject, from a combination of photographs and sittings, or from photographs alone.

* You have the option to upgrade to a larger size, up to 20x24.  You would work directly with the artist, Elaine Bankston, regarding payment for the upgrade fee.

Artist’s Statement

“God gifted me early in life as I remember sitting in first grade drawing pictures of pretty ladies. I thank Him for my talent. I have sketched people's faces for as long as I can remember and in 1979 began doing portraits professionally. It was after I became a flight attendant and visited the famous museums around the world that I knew my interest in art would become a life long pursuit. My travels and exposure to different people and cultures provided me with strong visual memories that continue to feed my work. To further my skills over the years I have studied extensively with master portrait artists.”
