Description
Team Fit workouts are designed to help you lose weight, build lean muscle and increase your endurance. Each hour long class combines cardio, resistance training and core strengthening for the ultimate total body workout.
The winner receives a 10-class package to Team Fit workouts as well as full body composition analysis.
Special Instructions
Classes are held every Tuesday at Garfield Park in South Pasadena from 9am-10am or on Saturdays from 7am-8am.
