Hacienda Del Patron opened on 838 Lisbon Street in Lewiston, Maine in September of 2010.  Owner Williams Fuentes and partners spent the last 10 years managing and owning Fajita Grill in Westbrook.  With Fajita Grill they completed a successful purchase and turnaround – a Mexican restaurant that continues to thrive under their ownership today.  Originally from Mexico, Fuentes brings a rare authentic Mexican cuisine that can’t be duplicated.
