The Edgebrook "Moving Through Grief, Trauma and Loss" residential workshop is being held at the Notre Dame Spiritual Center in Alfred, Maine on March 31 through April 3.  This is an experiential workshop based on the workshops designed by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross.  All of the staff have been trained at the Kubler-Ross Center or by the former staff at the center.  Edgebrook is in its 14th year of providing these workshops.

"Moving Through Grief, Trauma and Loss" offers the opportunity to move through emotions and "unfinished business" resulting from grief, loss, and many forms of childhood and adult trauma.  Participants come together in a safe, non-judgemental environment to express the full range of feelings which accompany grief, loss and trauma.  This workshop will have between 13-18 participants and 5 staff members.  To quote a former participant regarding the workshop experience, "I got a glimmer of hope and it was priceless!"
