Jill offer's counseling to individuals, adolescents, couples and families. She also works with those suffering from anxiety and depression. She skillfully integrates a technique called Somatic Experiencing to help people heal from past traumas and blocks. Some specialties include working with: eating disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, co-dependency, sex/love addiction and chronic pain.
