A two hour Architectural Consultation for a home remodel, addition, or new construction with Architect Ronald Chang. The consultation will include a phone call with the potential client to learn about their project. If the project is in LA, he will look up zoning information for you. Then he will make an appointment to visit your home or site of your project. He will review any reports related to the existing construction of the project such as permits, soil reports, inspections, survey, etc. He will also spend time evaluating any existing conditions. Projects Mr. Chang works on can range in size from adding a gazebo to building an entirely new home.
