Plata Wine Company (PWC), a Sunshine family vineyard, is an urban winery committed to crafting world class wines from meticulously grown grapes. Plata Wine Company has nine and a half acres of vineyards in Paso Robles, where they are adamant about keeping the crop yields low. PWC strives to make wines that showcase the terroir of the wine. Wines  are made along the lines of the classic French winemaking traditions, which spotlight the character of the grapes and vineyards.
