Delivery to be within the Los Angeles Area and design and floral selection is at Empty Vase's discretion. The Empty Vase is located in West Hollywood, California. Delivery charges vary depending on traveling distance.  For instance, they do deliver to Glendale but it does cost a little more, so they would have to factor that into the total cost of the arrangement and delivery.
