The 12 acre property features mature trees, two streams and a pond, and vegetable garden. The oversized backyard is great for outdoor dining (with BBQ grill), playing badminton/volleyball or croquet, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, or even making snowman and sledding in the winter!  

Rafting, canoeing and kayaking are only 2 miles away from the Delaware River.  Little towns in the surrounding areas feature farmers market, antique stores, and charming country stores.  Ride your bikes and enjoy the tranquil country sceneries.  You can also enjoy a summer outdoor concert at Bethel Woods Center for Arts twenty minutes away. 

Mini ski slopes are also about 10 minutes away which offer skiing, snow boarding, and tubing.  Also, enjoy a game of hockey or pond ice skating when pond in the property freezes.
