Viognier from the Bevill Vineyard located in the Dry Creek Valley. With aromatics of orange blossom, lemon curd and sweet vanilla pod with a hint of minerality. Flavors which are consistent to the aromas are enhanced by the four months of oak aging which also adds to the textural richness of this palate. Crisp and bright, a lovely hint of lemon completes your flavorful experience.
This Viognier works well as an aperitif and can carry you through dinner as it pairs well with salads, soups, seafood and especially turkey dinner.
