The Red Finches  class has had a very exciting first year of school!  We learned, we played, we used our imagination, and we made so many new friends. 

One of our dearest new friends is Binky Bear, our class teddy bear!  We had so much fun traveling with Binky Bear and allowing him to join us on our adventures.  Each week a student took Binky Bear home and introduced him to their family.  They documented their weekend with Binky Bear through pictures. 

Upon their return to school, each child shared their experiences with their classmates and teachers.  We then put the pictures in a big class scrapbook. 

This activity has taught us responsibility, taking turns, social skills, and the value of friendship but most importantly we have memories to last a lifetime!
