The 2002 Olive Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon produced a concentrated wine with aromas of black cherry, briar, earth, and a hint of mint surrounded by toasty French oak, anise and cedar. Extended aging for twenty-four months in the best tight-grain French oak barrels produces a wine with balance, complexity and lush elegant finish.
