Located in a gated community with a guard for privacy, this home is close to 2,000 sq.ft., and has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and all the essentials you will ever need.
There is a 50 " Plasma TV, DVD and VCR player in the living room. The Master bedroom has a king bed and its own private bathroom, TV and DVD & VCR, and its own patio.
The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and full crib. The third bedroom has a queen bed, the fourth bedroom has a double bed, and the loft bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.
Book shelves are stocked with books, and there are games, DVD's, and VCRs for all ages to enjoy.
Also included is wireless internet, cable access, printer, fax & copy machine. There is a two car enclosed garage, with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for your enjoyment. There are 2 pools, a jacuzzi, 5 lighted private tennis courts, toddler play area, and a half basket ball court.

Not available during Summer (Memorial Day through Labor Day), Spring Break (call for specific weeks), or Holidays including Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Stay may be extended for a fee with rates depending on time of year.
REMEMBER THERE IS NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE UNITS.
There is no air conditioning in any of our units.
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
