Chef Lui has more than 17 years restaurant experience. He started his career training in four-star restaurants in New York City. He has owned and operated critically acclaimed restaurants in New York, New Jersey, Vermont, Florida and Colorado, most notably the Silver Palace in Burlington, VT, the Rainbow Palace in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and, most recently, the Silver Palace in Boulder, CO.

Chef Lui strives to bring you the highest quality, best tasting Chinese food you've ever eaten. He uses only the best cuts of meat - Chicken Breast, Pork Shoulder, Flank Steak - and only Grade A vegetables - the freshest available. Every dish you order is nutritious and, more importantly, delicious. No surprises. No "Mystery Meats." No MSG. Item Acquisition
- Items can be picked up at Flagstaff Academy between the hours of 8-10am and 5-7pm Tuesday, 3/15/11 or Wednesday, 3/16/11.
- Items not released during pick up hours listed above, will be shipped via USPS to winner at winner's cost.
